CNN's Soledad O'Brien has her lawyers scrambling to stop the release of several very revealing photos of her taken last month.

The Examiner broke the story of the news anchor's latest problem since losing her job co-hosting 'American Morning' on the 4th of April. According to the story, Soledad and her husband Bradley Raymond, an investment banker, were enjoying a nude swim in their backyard pool when a paparazzo snapped a few dozen pictures of them, unbeknownest to the couple. There is full frontal nudity from both O'Brien, 40, and Mr. Raymond. It is also alluded to that the couple might have been involved in a sexual act on camera.

Since the photos were taken on private property, lawyers for O'Brien and Raymond have so far been successful in their efforts to halt the release of the photographs. The photographer, Matthew Kelley, could face hefty fees and possibly even jail time if found guilty of breaking privacy laws. O'Brien had been attempting to keep this story from hitting the press, but a source close to the case leaked the information.

A similar case happened in 2005 when Jennifer Aniston was photographed topless at her home by photographer Peter Brandt. Those photos were forever halted from being released to the media.

Londsay Lohan Hacked??? Or a Hoax? And Lauren Conrad News Update.

Bloggers started talking yesterday about Lindsay Lohan after word her Private MySpace, GMail, and Blackberry Accounts were all hacked. There were a few diary entries, personal chat conversations, and candid photos leaked online. And the hacker, going by the name 'hacker310', said he will post everything to a website that will open in 3-4 days, or April 10th at the earliest. But is it real, or a hoax? Some bloggers are thinking it look a bit phony, and Perez Hilton claims its all a hoax.

I had this story, Project X Tapes, about 45 minutes after the first report. There is a discussion on it the Project X Tapes Forum. Update on Lauren Conrad Sex Tape (SugarDVD)

Perez Hilton first had the story, and reported that SugarDVD was ready to bid $500,000 for the sex tape. Now SugarDVD released a Press Report that the tape does exist, but its "vanilla" with "no hardcore sex". SugarDVD also withdraws their offer, and refuses to bid for the tape. They site "morality" reasons, that Jason Wahler's racial and homophobic outburst at a recent arrest in Seattle makes SugarDVD not want to do business with him. SugarDVD is also speaking out to any other company that might consider buying the video saying "Don't do it".

Don't know what Vivid did to this video, but it looks like they edited it so much they destroyed it. It seems that the same "doggy" scene is repeated at least 3 times over, replayed, throughout the DVD. No scene runs more than 5 minutes, they it cuts out, montage to some talking, and picks up again at an entirely different part of the video. They put in this annoying soundtrack over the entire video. They must have cut out (excluded) half of the video footage... it seems a lot of the video was cut from the DVD, possibly so they can release a "Part 2" and sucker everyone out of another $39.95.

Sorry guys- If you don't like this DVD... Vivid is to blame.

The whole sex tape story began a week ago when rumours start to spread that Jelena Veljaca appeared in homemade amateur sex tape. After an initial shock and saying that she already heard about the clip and that she will press charges for people responsible for blackmailing, Veljaca stopped public appearances. Although she said she will report theft of a sex tape to the police, Veljaca hasn't done this after a week has passed by. Meanwhile, a person paid a visit to several news magazines in Zagreb selling the tape for 200.000 Croatian kunas (around $35,000). It's probable that also Jelena Veljaca was blackmailed by this person.

Jelena's fiancee Roman Majetic, who called Jelena after he saw the clip said she assured him that she's not the one in the sex tape, he also said to the reporters that someone faked the video tape after the like his fiancee he also changed the number of his mobile phone. After a few days they said in joint statement that the whole thing is an act of a criminal nature and that they will sue the blackmailer.

The whole basis of the rumors that a "Sex Tape" could soon be released of Britney Spears is based on a story from late 2005. An article printed in the "Hot Stuff" column in US Weekly Magazine, said Britney Spears is worried a member of her entourage could possibly possess a copy of a sex tape made in 2004 of Britney and Kevin, around the time they were married.

The lawsuit concerns an article published Oct. 17, 2005, in the magazine's "Hot Stuff" column under the headline, "Brit & Kev: Secret Sex Tape?" New parents have a new worry: racy footage from 2004."

At the time the article was published, allegedly Britney Spears was already meeting with her lawyers in hopes of preempting a possible leak of the tape. The meeting with her lawyers was supposed to have taken place on September 30, 2005 - on September 14, 2005 she gave birth to her first child Sean Preston.

Britney Spears firmly denies the tape exists.
